Job Summary

This position seeks a mature, enthusiastic, conscientious individual to assist the Special Programs Budget and Financial Analyst in maintaining and reconciling budgets, payment processing, PASS/SCIP processing and provide additional office support in performing a variety of tasks and projects. In addition, this position will assist with general office support including answering phones, filing, running errands, and aiding walk-ins, photocopying, typing, prepare mailings, inventory supplies, assembling packets, posting publicity items throughout campus, etc. May provide additional support of Summer Program Events in Arts Venues.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be detailed orientated, possess excellent communication skills and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word. Must be amiable with public, reliable and have the ability to work independently. Confidentiality is required. Additional support of Summer Program Events in Arts Venues may be needed. Mature, enthusiastic, conscientious individual with a sense of humor.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience as a student assistant in an academic department desirable.
