Job Summary

The person filling this position will work on all aspects of the museum’s digital media, including the website, social media, images, audio, and video. Responsibilities include assisting in the production, processing, and delivery of various digital products on multiple platforms to tell the story of the museum and to engage with the museum’s growing audience.

We are particularly interested in candidates from under-represented backgrounds who can help add to the diversity and excellence of our academic community.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must have a desire to learn, and be able to work with a team and independently.

Applicants must be comfortable with computers and digital media, and be familiar with Photoshop, Illustrator, content management systems, and social media platforms such as Instagram and Snapchat.

The person filling this position must have strong writing skills and be detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:
*A love and knowledge of contemporary art
*Experience with marketing, especially digital
*Experience working with branded social media accounts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Snapchat
*An interest in web analytics and social analytics
*Experience working with websites and blogs
