Job Summary

Mature, enthusiastic, conscientious and reliable individual needed to provide general office support performing a variety of tasks and projects. Duties will include: data entry, spreadsheet management, answering phone, aiding walk-ins, photocopying, running errands, filing, typing, mailings, posting fliers, social media related tasks, and other duties as assigned. Must be amiable with public, have neat appearance, be punctual and reliable and have the ability to work independently. Must also support Summer Program Events in Art Venues as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Prior experience as a student assistant in an academic department desirable.  Excellent communication skills and basic Microsoft Office proficiency essential including Excel and Word. Applicant must be reliable, have strong interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask. Social media skills a plus. Confidentiality and a sense of humor are required.
